Date of Activation b. Model of Mobile Phones c. Scheme Uses d. VAS being used e. Pin code Reports Like Described should be able to generated 1. All Customer taken connection 18 months back who have spent about 10 K on the phone and have Auto Roaming VAS and lives in pin code 700001 having email ids 2. All customer who live on a particular road / street. 3. All customers who have there Birthday in March. 4. All customer who have STD & ISD and does not have auto roaming 5. All Customers thru Am Mobile who have bought handsets 2 years back Contact grouping A hierarchical group structure Contact can be assigned to more then one group Communication and mailer Mail to selected group on specified criteria Content in mail should not be sent as attachment, but should be pasted to the mail Selection of content Auto sending of periodic mails Option of mail using Email, fax, regular post, courier, hand delivery Label printing Scheduling Mail Content preparation Html document preparation interface Archiving and cataloging of content Rich contents using pictures, video, graphs, text or voice Greetings Data driven mailer preparation using templates Recurring and periodic mails 2.
